Care & Closed-Pod Notes
The NV30K is a sealed pre-filled closed-pod system. Do not refill, open or modify the device — doing so voids the warranty and bypasses the safety design.
Store between 50°F and 90°F; if the aurora screen reads dim, you're either below 20% battery or the device has been stored below 50°F overnight (a 30-minute room-temp warm-up restores brightness).

Can I refill or recharge the e-liquid?
No. The NV30K is a sealed, pre-filled closed-pod system. The battery is rechargeable via USB-C, but the e-liquid is not refillable. Refilling or modifying voids the warranty.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery (COD) only at this time. No card or wallet data is collected at checkout — you pay the driver on arrival. Card support may be added in a future release.
