How to Use the RiA NV30K — Setup, First Draw & Charging

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Verify authenticity first — scratch the silver panel on the box and enter the revealed code at /verify-product/.
  2. Remove the silicone seals — one on the mouthpiece, one on the bottom airflow port. Discard both responsibly.
  3. Take a light first draw — the aurora screen lights up to confirm activation. The NV30K is draw-activated; there are no buttons.
  4. Read the aurora screen for battery state — full brightness = full charge; dim animation = below 20% battery, time to recharge.
  5. Charge via USB-C — plug a standard USB-C cable into the bottom-edge port. Full recharge 5%→100% in ~47 min on a 5V/2A wall brick.
  6. End-of-life disposal — do not toss in household trash. Lithium-cell devices should go to a battery recycling drop-off per EPA used-lithium-ion battery guidance.
